Host/Hostess – Trillium

Location: Black Mountain, NC

Trillium, a new farm-to-table restaurant in the heart of Black Mountain, is looking for a warm, organized, and professional Host/Hostess to be the first point of welcome for our guests. The host team sets the tone for the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they walk in the door.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism

• Manage reservations and waitlists efficiently

• Coordinate with servers and managers to ensure smooth guest flow

• Answer phone calls and assist with booking inquiries

• Maintain a clean and inviting entrance and host stand

Qualifications:

• Friendly, approachable, and guest-focused personality

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment

• Previous host/restaurant experience preferred, but not required

• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
